Failure To Pay |
|

Failure to pay
for services rendered to you "the client" can and will
result in the seizure of any and all products provided as
part of the service as well a possible seizure of the
equipment that was worked on. The client is fully
responsible for the care of the product and if the products
supplied is not available for seizure or has been damaged or
harmed in any way, serviced equipment will be taken as
supplement. If necessary, the proper authorities
will be involved. |

Ownership of equipment. |

By requesting
on-site service or dropping computer hardware off at our
depot, you are confirming that you have the authority ( by
ownership or by owner ) to have the hardware serviced.
Azvert Computer Services will be in no way liable for this
situation if found otherwise. The requesting party(s)
are liable for any work performed on system. In the
event that invoices generated for this work are not paid,
the rules stated in the "Failure To Pay" section above will
go into effect. |

If for any
reason you are unsatisfied with the service provided to you,
you have the right to refuse pickup or delivery of your
hardware. By accepting return of your equipment and
not contacting us to report issues within 30 days, you are
agreeing that service was performed correctly.
If this is for work performed on-site, the same 30 day
warranty applies. Below are exceptions that could
effect the 30 day warranty. |

If there is
visible signs that hardware has been tampered with or has
been serviced by someone else since service date. We
cannot guarantee someone else's work. |

When servicing
equipment it is our full and honest duty to ensure that no
data is lost in the process. However, in certain cases
it may not be possible to recover data from failed hardware.
These cases are extremely rare ( less than 1% ) Rest
assured, for all services we use the absolute best methods
and procedures to prevent any data loss. |
